Last winter Ryan Air flew throughout the winter from Bristol to Limoges. This year the flights end at the end of October. Will they be continuing through the winter?
Tried to submit a claim for damaged baggage last Saturday 7th September. Found it impossible to make the claim online. Kept changing codes and saying I was out of time even though it was only the 6th day..! Is this a tactic to avoid claims being made? Also rang the Ryanair Lost anf found number (01 8121367), guess what it just rings out. If I don't get a satisfactory reply to my complaint or an indication that I will be refunded for the damage immediately I will be contacting a Government minister who lives near me. I suggest you treat this with urgency and awaiting an immediate response. yours Alan Boyd.
