The worst Reservations, I have tried to communicate with travel2be for two weeks, by phone and mail and I have not had any response. My ticket to New Zealand was modified by the southern Chinese airline, so I tried to contact travel2be to see a solution. Because they didn't answer me, I had to buy other tickets, the airline has been very helpful but they can't refund me, they say travel2be should do it, but they haven't taken care of the problem. Terrible service.

When i try to get refund for unused ticket they just ignore me.

When i bought 3 ticket in this site same time October 3 Seoul incheon airport to Kathmandu round trip. When arrived airport 2 people can flight 1 people has ticket problem there is Sichuan air lines flight seoul incheon airport to chendgu airport has time shown but chendgu to Kathmandu time has no shwn so he can't flight he is very trouble so he bought extra ticket dollar so he wants to refund his payment .hiw to get refund.

When I bought 3 ticket this site.but 2 ticket we flight easily 1 ticket has problem 1 ticket seoul to Kathmandu round trip nut Seoul to chendgu te has shown bit chendgu to Kathmandu time has no show so we can't get flight from Seoul incheon airport my ticket has cancel and i bought another ticket is 800$ by sichuan airlines. So now i want to refund my money so please refund payment as soon as please.
